As an Operations Budget Analyst, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day.

In the role of Operations Budget Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations team by modeling and reporting on the cost-of-service metrics. This will include building, maintaining, and revising the budget and staff model. In addition, you will be accountable for analyzing data trends to forecast and make recommendations to departmental leaders.

Responsibilities

As our Operations Budget Analyst you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Operations, Accounting, and Finance stakeholders with regards to budget and capacity planning.
  • Create automation for routine invoices, data entry and extraction.
  • Maintain and/or develop reporting and tracking, specifically as it pertains to forecasting models and budget allocations.
  • Conduct detailed variance analytics and identify key business drivers of change.
  • Compare and summarize month end actuals to budget, with commentary on trends.
  • Research, forecast, and report on demand drivers.
  • Working closely with Operations and Finance, identify trends, quantify impacts, and communicate business results relative to staffing implications monthly.
  • Create cost benefit recommendation based on projects that have staffing implications. Able to quantify implications of initiatives on staffing needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • One to two years of experience in budget and/or financial reporting.
  • Strong quantitative skills.
  • Disciplined attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently or within a team, demonstrating both strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver results promptly.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in capacity planning, analytics, and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
