The Operations Data Analyst will design, develop, and maintain operational reporting and workforce insights to ensure leadership has accurate, actionable data for effective decision-making. This role will analyze performance trends, identify variances, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into meaningful business insights.

Responsibilities

As our Operations Data Analyst, you will:

  • Develop, generate, and deliver operational reports using multiple data sources, translating findings into clear insights on performance trends and business outcomes
  • Analyze service level & agent performance, staffing trends, and key operational metrics to identify risks and opportunities
  • Investigate report variances and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
  • Evaluate existing reporting processes and recommend enhancements to improve visibility and decision-making
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including DBAs, Finance, and Risk, to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and integrity across reporting systems
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs, provide analytical consultation, and support implementation of data-driven solutions
  • Utilize data tools and query methodologies to transform, analyze, and validate data
  • Audit workforce data, schedules, and system inputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines
  • Assist workforce management in maintaining agent schedules and monitoring real-time call center performance

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Analytical experience, preferably in a production or call center environment
  • Experience with data tools such as SQL, Databricks, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience working with databases required
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
