Overview

As our VP, Performance Marketing, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day.

 

The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

The VP, Performance Marketing is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital paid acquisition channels. This individual will manage the teams implementing the strategy. You’ll get to work with Data Science, Risk Teams, Brand and Creative Teams to drive sustainable, measurable growth in digital channels, including search, social, CTV, and display marketing.

Responsibilities

As our VP, Performance Marketing, you will:

  • Develop and own the multi-channel performance marketing roadmap. Align paid media efforts with broader company growth goals and long-term brand health.
  • Optimize budget allocation across channels.
  • Roadmap out a long-term build it/buy it/rent it strategy for marketing technology investments.
  • Partner with Data Science and Risk Teams to build robust attribution models.
  • Lead the strategy for landing page optimization and funnel experimentation to improve conversion.
  • Manage and develop the team into specialists in their channels and manage external relationships with agencies.
  • Look broadly across the company at the data available and develop a plan to use that data to drive more acquisitions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in performance marketing with 2+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong preference for financial services experience or other regulated industry, such as insurance or pharmaceuticals.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Programmatic DSPs, etc, with a strong curiosity about how to make new and emerging channels work for the company.
  • Ability to communicate and manage, at all levels of the company, complex concepts into meaningful, actionable items.
