Overview

As an Analyst, Operations Planning and Budgeting, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day.

 

The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

You'll be responsible for supporting the Operations team by forecasting accurate contact center and back-office volumes and service levels. This will include maintaining, building, and revising staffing models along with partnering with Finance for staffing budgets. You will be responsible for the tactical planning, historical trend analysis, and reporting to ensure that Operations achieves service levels and key performance indicators on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

 

This position is located at our Akron, OH office and has a hybrid schedule. We’re onsite Monday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities

As our Analyst, Operations Planning and Budgeting, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Operations, Accounting, and Finance stakeholders with regard to staffing and capacity planning.
  • Provide short- and long-term forecasts for the contact center and various departments across multiple locations. This includes inbound and outbound calls, caseloads, and other volume-based measures.
  • Track and analyze actual financial performance against budgeted targets, identifying variances and potential areas of concern.
  • Develop benchmarking metrics to understand the efficiency of actual planned staffing levels. Assess risk and opportunities and communicate with key business stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, utilizing historical data and current performance indicators to provide accurate projections.
  • Work closely with department leaders to understand financial requirements and provide analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and work on implementing efficient budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Conduct special budget analysis as required to support various business initiatives.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Two to four years of experience in workforce management and financial reporting within a contact center environment.
  • Experience in capacity planning, analytics, and forecasting.
  • Strong quantitative skills.
  • Disciplined attention to detail.
  • Results oriented with the ability to work independently or within a team, demonstrating both strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver results timely.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus.
