Overview

As a Vendor Analyst, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day.

 

The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

You'll join our Program Operations team as a point of contact in the due diligence process for our external partners, merchants, vendors, suppliers, and platforms. You’ll aid all Concora Credit teams in various aspects of the third-party relationship lifecycle. You’ll assist them through the onboarding and monitoring process by collecting information, answering questions, providing timelines, and coordinating with internal Team Members to onboard. Throughout the partnership lifecycle, you’ll also communicate program restriction/termination notices. You’ll be the subject matter expert for the merchant due diligence and ongoing risk management processes.

 

This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office and has a hybrid schedule. We’re onsite Monday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities

As our Vendor Analyst, you will:

  • Manage the onboarding of new merchant relationships through our due diligence process 
  • Assist in new vendor onboarding, updates, and annual due diligence
  • Assist and coordinate vendor security reviews and compliance requests
  • Assist with RFP projects in the preparation, development, evaluation, and award of the work
  • Monitor awarded RFP work for anticipated outcome and communicate updates to teams
  • Enhance and evolve the processes for which you are responsible, with a focus on efficiency, risk mitigation, and process documentation
  • Ensure relevant stakeholders in Program Operations, Vendor Management, Legal, Technology, Finance, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Risk, Operations, etc., are aware of pertinent details related to the third-party lifecycle, providing information and raising questions as necessary
  • Define, document, and maintain process and procedural documentation for all tasks and adhere to version control methodologies
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Outstanding and proven verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate professionally and concisely with varying Team Member levels, internally and externally
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in relationship and project management skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – Windows, Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
  • Proven commitment to quality, organization, effective communication, and continuous improvement
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, multitask, and meet strict deadlines while managing multiple tasks concurrently
  • Financial services industry experience preferred
  • Must always maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all situations
