As a QA Analyst, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day.

This position is located at our Beaverton, OR, office and has a hybrid schedule. We’re onsite Monday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities

As our QA Analyst, you will:

  • Build and run automated test scripts using Python and SQL to validate data flows, business logic, and API responses. Work with team leaders to create a roadmap of automated and manual testing capabilities
  • Create QA test artifacts (test matrix, test cases, and test results) and documentation of automated scripts
  • Refine complex stories and propose clear, testable acceptance criteria
  • Communicate test progress, results, and recommendations clearly to project stakeholders and management
  • Partner with internal technology teams and external vendors to design and implement comprehensive end-to-end testing scenarios, while contributing to the development and refinement of testing best practices
  • Familiar with analyzing business and functional requirements for completeness and alignment with vendor SOWs to ensure adherence to defined scope and deliverables 
  • Perform functional testing and validation of a user interface leveraged by internal customers
  • Analyze logs, data sets, and API responses, recommending improvements and compiling findings into actionable reports
  • Investigate issues found during testing, or reported from production, and escalate as needed
  • Ensure solutions are maintainable and usable by relevant business and technical staff
  • Follow practices established by the team and the enterprise QA Center of Excellence

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in manual and automated QA, with a focus on data validation and regression testing
  • Strong Python scripting skills for test automation
  • Proficient in SQL for querying and data validation
  • Expertise with Postman or similar API testing tools
  • Experience designing automation that is clear, simple, and maintainable by semi-technical users
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data patterns and identify anomalies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to document test approaches so they can be reused by others
