As the Director of Development & Technology for Originations, you will deliver innovative, resilient, high-quality digital experiences that connect millions of consumers responsibly with credit that helps them do more. This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office and has a hybrid schedule. We’re onsite Monday through Wednesday. You will lead a team of developers and quality engineers working in the office and across the country.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in technology leadership roles within Agile frameworks, including responsibilities for team composition, performance, technology strategy, execution, and lifecycle management.
• Expertise in development and delivery, including customer-facing technologies, modern integrations, and cloud-first platforms where quality, scalability, and 24x7x365 availability are key.
• Solid collaboration skills, a focus on building strong relationships, and a desire to foster an environment of mutual support and success where delivery is an enterprise goal.
• Experience mentoring and supporting teams to develop new muscles, evolve their ways of thinking, and adopt new standards in quality and development.
• Deep understanding of the modern skills, processes, tools, and methodologies required to rapidly develop, deliver, and iterate high-quality, secure software and services.
• Strong practical background in cloud-native development and traditional components of development such as C#, ASP/ASP.Net, .NET Core, RESTful API, PHP/Drupal, JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL Server.
• Experience leading Azure development and integration technologies such as Azure DevOps, Service Bus, Event Grid, Function Apps, Durable Functions, CosmosDB, Azure SQL Server, and containerization or similar technologies in AWS or GCP.
• Experience with external transactional API integrations.
• Expertise in delivering and leveraging end-to-end observability.
• Experience in integrating with modern, complex content management systems is desired.
• Expertise in rapid delivery and automation through CI/CD pipelines and a team focus on measurable security, performance, and quality.
• Budget, vendor, and technology lifecycle management experience.
