Overview

As a Marketing Manager you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day.

 

The impact you'll have at Concora Credit:

We seek a creative and strategic Marketing Manager who can uncover key insights, behaviors, and market trends. The Manager will be able to connect these insights to strategic marketing plans and campaigns that support business growth. This role requires a mix of hands-on marketing execution and light brand management to ensure brand consistency across all channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to help shape our brand identity and marketing strategies.

 

This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office and has a hybrid schedule. We’re onsite Monday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities

As our Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Manage consumer insight through primary research studies and analyses, such as competitive landscape and customer audits.
  • Participate in marketing research efforts to analyze trends, identify customer needs and wants, and explore growth opportunities for the company. This involves collaborating with external agencies for both qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Influence marketing campaigns with applicable insights to support product launches, promotions, and brand awareness.
  • Create and manage organic social media efforts, as well as internal and external website content. At times, coordinate with our paid social efforts.
  • Oversee and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role with a preference for regulated industries.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required in marketing, business, communications, psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of using data to influence brand, product or marketing decisions.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to communicate with and influence cross-functional teams, Compliance, business analysts, business partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with design and content teams to execute marketing and brand initiatives.
