Overview

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day.

This is more than an administrative role; it's a pivotal position for critical information, facilitating seamless operations, and directly contributing to the CEO's productivity. This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office and is onsite Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

As our Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will:

  • Manage and schedule both business and personal appointments, often across multiple time zones, anticipating conflicts and proactively resolving them.
  • Proactively identify and address the CEO's needs before they arise, demonstrating foresight and initiative.
  • Prepare and organize material, with a high level of accuracy, for the board of directors, investors, and internal presentations.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, screening calls and visitors, and efficiently directing questions to appropriate parties.
  • Craft clear, concise, and professional correspondence and presentations.
  • Adeptly handle both professional and personal tasks, including coordinating all travel.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of Executive or Personal Assistant experience, with at least 2 years specifically supporting an Executive.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, distinguishing urgent from important and allocating time accordingly while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently resolve issues and make sound judgments under pressure.
  • Proven ability to handle proprietary and sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed.
  • Understanding of basic financial concepts and expense reporting.
  • Strong initiative and curiosity (asking questions, being resourceful in solving problems and learning from mistakes).
  • Strong MS Office skills.
