The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

Our HR Administrative Coordinator is an integral part of the Concora Credit Community. You will support all new hires and Team Members throughout their career with us, while maintaining a high level of professionalism across all levels of management. The primary systems you will use are ADP Workforce Now, SuccessFactors, and iCIMS Talent System. You will also support our COO and SVP, HR, with calendar management and expense reports.

 

This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office and is onsite Monday through Friday.

 

A successful candidate will have a sense of urgency, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in participating in HR initiatives for the Company.

Responsibilities

As our HR Administrative Coordinator, you will:

  • Serve as a primary contact for HR paperwork related to new hires, terminations, promotions, changes of status, and reporting.
  • Send weekly and monthly reporting and analytics.
  • Support our front desk/reception in tandem with our Office Coordinator.
  • Manage and schedule business appointments, often across multiple time zones, anticipating conflicts and proactively resolving them.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, screening calls and visitors, and efficiently directing questions to appropriate parties.
  • Create expense reports and help coordinate travel as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in administrative tasks.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with an HRIS system: ADP Workforce Now is what we use!
  • Must have a GED or High school diploma.
