The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

You’ll be responsible for managing and leading a team of Recovery Team Members; ensuring compliance to all company and department specific policies and procedures; maintaining department quality and compliance standards; developing collections Team Members through real time coaching, performance reviews, and corrective actions; promoting high quality communication with customers in order to bring accounts to a positive resolution; working with peers to oversee the collections department as a whole to achieve department goals; and accessing reports to evaluate them and department performance.

Responsibilities

As our Unit Manager, Recovery Solutions, you will:

  • Train, develop, motivate, and assist collectors through proper monitoring, coaching and call escalations.
  • Maintain established standards and achieve individual and departmental goals.
  • Exhibit competent decision-making skills.
  • Adhere to all departmental and company policies, demonstrate dependability and reliability, and set a positive example.
  • Determine and deliver appropriate level of communication with management at all levels regarding personnel issues, performance trends, and potential impact to performance.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of management experience. 
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to problem solve, multi-task and prioritize.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times, in all situations.
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
