The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

As the Video Advertising Analyst, you’ll support the development and execution of our video advertising strategy, including connected TV (CTV) and other video marketing channels. You’ll work with the Digital Marketing team to build out this segment, bringing fresh insights to optimize campaigns and track performance.

This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office, with a hybrid schedule. We are onsite Monday through Wednesday.

As our Video Advertising Analyst, you will:

• Assist in the development and execution of video advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including CTV and social media
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create compelling video content
• Monitor and report on video and social campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Support the setup and optimization of campaigns within platforms, including targeting, budgeting, and creative alignment
• Stay informed about industry trends and video marketing best practices to help drive innovation
• Assist in managing third-party vendor relationships to ensure campaigns align with business objectives
• Communicate progress, challenges, and results to key stakeholders

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in video advertising or marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven insights
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new tools and techniques

Nice to Have:

• Experience in regulated industries like financial services, insurance, or healthcare
• Familiarity with video ad platforms like Hulu, YouTube, MNTN or similar
• Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.
• Experience with social media campaigns
• Experience in Excel, including building reporting
