The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

As a Sr. Technical Program Manager in the Enterprise Data Services Program, you'll work closely with the Engineering team on the technical execution and drive communications with cross-functional stakeholder groups. In addition, you'll be responsible for coordinating the launch of a series of projects from build to delivery.

Responsibilities

As our Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will:

  • Be the end-to-end leader in charge of the program, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery.
  • Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results.
  • Provide program and project management expertise to complex initiatives, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needs.
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables and milestones and ensure project goals align with business objectives.
  • Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights.
  • Have a proven track record of managing complex technical efforts and complex technical roll-out in a highly cross-functional environment.
  • Have excellent written and oral business communication and people skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Timely communicate project status, risks, blockers, and mitigation plans to different audiences (project cross-functional team/ leadership)
  • Be detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to prioritize and manage blocking issues.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of technical project or program management experience
  • Program/project management certifications or qualifications with proven ability to deliver complex programs.
  • Strong understanding of Azure Cloud, Spark/ Kafka, Power BI / Tableau, Python/Databricks is a plus.
  • Experience in Agile project execution and delivery.
  • Experience in delivering data analytics initiatives.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Technical background and solid foundation in software engineering principles and architecture design.
  • Proven ability to create effective relationships, listen, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to inspire confidence in senior leaders and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, including high-quality written communication and the ability to articulate complex information in a simple way.
