The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

Under the supervision of the Mail Room Supervisor/Unit Manager, the Mail Room Representative will sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail, manage document recording and scanning for retrieval, and handle correspondence within strict deadlines. Receives and sorts mail for distribution.

 

The schedule for this position is onsite, Monday - Friday 7am-4pm at our Beaverton, OR office.

Responsibilities

As our Mailroom Representative you will:

  • Delivers mail to pre-established internal mail areas.
  • Prepares all outgoing shipments.
  • Processes and sends outgoing mail utilizing postal procedures.
  • Coordinates services with vendors.
  • Scans and saves soft copies of documents and correspondence.
  • Creates and assigns batched documents and correspondence.
  • Prioritizes work as required to ensure customer needs are met in regard to on-time delivery of services and quality of work.
  • Ensures all work standards are met on a consistent basis.
  • Operates corporate switchboard, directing calls internally and externally.
  • Maintain supplies, including shipping and mailing envelopes, boxes, markers, forms, stickers, and tape available to ensure that they don't go out of stock.
  • Keeps the mailroom organized by properly arranging the bundles of mail and packages.
  • Performs all duties in compliance with appropriate established policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Copying/scanning/mailing experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and familiarity with computer basics preferred.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with customers and other employees.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Customer service skills and ability to maintain a consistent, high level of service.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple accounts, and establish priorities.

Essential Functions:

You must meet work deadlines, have regular attendance, good oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, the ability to work with a team, the ability to multi-task, use a PC and a computer terminal, and the specialized telephone system. Our Mail Room Representative position requires access to all office areas and the ability to sit for extended periods of time, periodically bending and twisting, and frequently apply a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. You must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. Concora Credit will provide reasonable accommodation where necessary.
