The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

You’ll be responsible for developing reporting and providing analysis of written customer outreach execution and strategies. Attention to detail is critical to ensure all communications are clear and in compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will be able to develop reporting, have excellent organizational skills, and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

As our Customer Communications Analyst, you will:

  • Develop reports using a range of data sources and be able to tell the story of how written communication is performing from the data received.
  • Collaborate with management to determine the goal and how to implement it best.
  • Utilize available tools and software to develop and maintain monitoring for compliance with Concora Credit business strategies as well as with laws & regulations.
  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with internal clients and facilitate project or task implementation.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Databricks, SQL and Power BI experience required.
  • Analytics skills and intermediate to advanced skills using Visual Basic, Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills along with having the ability to think analytically.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
