The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

As the Connected TV Marketing Manager, you are responsible for launching Concora Credit into the Connect TV, Video targeted marketing segment. You will need to be skilled at both understanding the channel, being able to explain the value of the channel to various stakeholders, and creating standards by which the channel will operate. You'll do this by working with the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing Partnerships and the company’s Chief Marketing Officer to create this new marketing channel. 

Responsibilities

As our CTV Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Plan and work independently to prioritize, communicate, and complete assigned tasks and projects and share relevant insights from experiments, tactics, and projects
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently serving as a primary leader while maintaining responsibility for their resolution.
  • Be a subject matter expert in the channel to speak to our internal partners knowledgeably about our requirements and expectations of the channel.
  • Communicating marketing programs and materials in development with the internal team and external teams.
  • Work with vendors to create videos.
  • Build processes and frameworks that will scale with a growing organization
  • Manage 3rd party vendors to support our initiatives.
  • Collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders throughout the company
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 5 years in Connected TV Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and innovative thinking
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and executing tasks
  • Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn and explore new ideas and technologies

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in highly regulated marketing environments such as pharmacy, financial services, insurance, etc.
  • Proven track record of developing and owning ad strategy
  • Experience in Excel, including building reporting
  • Experience with Mountain (MNTN) software
