The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

You'll provide advanced-level technical support for all Concora Credit IT environment aspects, including end-user systems, production systems, network operations, and file transfer services. The position will provide oversight and technical guidance to entry-level IT Support Specialists and partner with other IT staff on a variety of projects and issues requiring a combination of technical expertise, analysis, communications, and customer service skills.

You'll also serve as the single technical point of contact for executive-level staff at Concora Credit, providing high-quality, responsive, and thorough technical support, guidance, and options.

 

This position is located in Beaverton, OR and is required to be onsite Monday-Friday from 7:30-4:30pm.

Responsibilities

As our Sr. IT Executive Support Specialist, you will:

  • Directly support the technical needs of Executive level staff on-site at our Beaverton, Oregon location as well as provide remote support for all Executives across the organization.
  • Provide timely video conferencing support.
  • Provide advanced hardware and software troubleshooting support.
  • Provide instruction and assistance with new technology.
  • Design, implement, and improve monitoring dashboards/reports for proactive incident prevention.

  • Develop, document, and maintain IT support runbooks and escalation procedures so that all knowledge can be shared across teams and to avoid any single point of failure.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for Concora Credit incidents and tickets.
  • Partner in IT support the Service Desk, Tier 2 onsite support, and Tier 3 SMEs as needed.
  • Respond to end-user requests promptly and professionally using world-class customer service skills.
  • Administer file processing and production processes for data sources, systems, and partners.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, including batch processing, web service transactions, and SQL-related issues; Identify sources of issues and fix or coordinate resources to fix them.
  • Deploy software changes and assist with data changes in accordance with written instructions.
  • Develop scripts for automation tasks.
  • Administer secure file transfers and file movement processes.
  • Assign and assist in initial problem determination of new incidents. Escalate when needed.
  • Follow run-book procedures when responding to incidents.
  • Support inventory and asset management processes.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees.
  • Be available for on-call support for executives.

Accountability: 

You must meet work deadlines, have regular attendance, good oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, the ability to work with a team, the ability to multi-task, use a PC and a computer terminal, and the specialized telephone system. It requires access to all areas of the office and the ability to sit for extended periods of time, periodically bending and twisting, and frequent application of a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.  The incumbent must perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent experience working in an IT Operations Support role with Windows PCs, and Apple hardware
  • Knowledge with designing and implementing monitoring dashboards and reports for proactive incident prevention, with proficiency in tools such as PRTG, ControlUp DEX, or SolarWinds
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of IT Operations and data center terminology, concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Both extensive knowledge of and curiosity for user and endpoint technology
  • High proficiency with Outlook, the Office Suite, and Teams
  • 2+ years of support responsibility for production applications
  • 2+ years of experience with scripting language (PowerShell, VBScript)
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and quality, strong customer service skills, and organizational ability
  • Proven skills in troubleshooting a wide variety of hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Clear understanding of PC/Laptop hardware, Windows 7, Windows 10 configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Clear understanding of Windows Server administration and configuration
