The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

We’re seeking a Sr. Technical Program Analyst with a strong Agile background and a passion for delivering data and analytics solutions within a consumer-centric business to join us. You’ll support the program initiatives intake and underwriting and should be proficient in using techniques that enable a highly iterative delivery approach of continuous requirement identification, focusing on delivering effective business value as quickly as possible by applying agile practices, principles, and lean thinking. You’ll be responsible for conducting stakeholder interviews and requirement workshops, leading backlog refinement sessions, and interacting with end users and other stakeholders to elicit, document, and test new requirements, testing and validating existing requirements and creating new user stories. You’ll support developers and testers and facilitate prioritization of user stories, having a strong understanding of the business intent and the ability to help the team build business and technical requirements to comprehensively cover the business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

As our Sr. Technical Program Analyst, you will:

  • Translate business, technical, and design requirements or activities into user stories.
  • Investigates requirements and scenarios through collaboration with delivery teams and stakeholders (e.g., business SMEs, security, technical architects)
  • Organizes necessary requirements breakout sessions to gather requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, end users, business, and IT, managing expectations around technology initiatives.
  • Create user stories based on requirements and capture technical requirements as needed.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and business users to identify use cases and capabilities for Data & Analytics platform at CCI. Build and manage data, reporting and analytics product roadmaps.
  • Lead and execute product discovery and requirements process from use case analysis to story creation.
  • Ensure successful partnership, excellent working relationships, and collaboration with cross-functional teams like D&A, IT, digital, PMO, infrastructure, operations, and other business teams.
  • Work with peers and team members from other CCI organizations to effectively deliver day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Stay updated/trained with the latest tools, trends, and best practices related to Data Analytics operations, data quality, and support; mentor / guide other team members and contribute to internal processes and tech architectures with such knowledge.
  • Have excellent organization and documentation skills, with the ability to design and facilitate a group process, elicit contributions, stimulate focused discussions, and achieve a desired outcome, a consensus builder.
  • Have hands-on experience with on-premise and cloud-based enterprise systems; Know how to design, manage, and integrate these systems to support current and future business needs.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of deep practical experience in the role, with repeated experience performing business analysis in various complex situations in an Agile environment including user stories, epics, backlog refinement.
  • Financial industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Azure Cloud, Databricks, analytics and BI tools is a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experienced facilitator with strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
  • Ability to structure and drive working sessions that promote collaboration, achieve synergy, and attain desired outcomes.
  • Experienced in developing estimates and prioritizing deliverables.
  • Experience in Agile development, including prioritizing, creating/updating features and stories, test-driven development, etc.
  • Experience working as a scrum team member is required; experience with Scaled Agile framework is preferred.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field strongly preferred.
